Empty Folders - Resolution

Dear Members - it appears that this evening a number of you logged into your account to find that all of your emails were missing. This was due to a fault on one of the servers causing roughly 50% of our membership to see this problem. The emails were not actually deleted. The cause of the problem was that one of the data directories had unmounted from the mail server, meaning it could not access the data. This has now been restored. Since the last storage fault last week, we have been actively testing a new storage solution which should give a much more robust mechanism for storing data. Meanwhile we will continue to monitor the situation.
